Rates are per week based on up to 6 people sharing. All linen and bath towels are provided.

Bookings are usually from Thursday to Thursday, although this may be flexible subject to availability. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and checkout is by 10:00 a.m.

A deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking and is refundable up to 8 weeks prior to arrival.

The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. No refunds can be offered within the 8 week period so please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance.

Please note that smoking or pets are not permitted inside the house.
